Urad is one of our established export lines alongside Sona Masoori. It is supplied whole (black), split with skin, or dehusked white split and whole, depending on the cuisine your market cooks.
Lots are machine cleaned, graded and checked for foreign matter and moisture before packing. Count and purity are agreed against your buying specification.
