1. Who these terms are with

2. The website is not an offer
Product descriptions, specifications, packaging options, capacities and Incoterms shown on this site are indicative and for information only. They do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here creates a contract of sale. A binding agreement arises only from a written contract, proforma invoice or sales confirmation issued and signed by us.
3. Specifications
Agricultural products vary by crop, season and lot. The parameters shown on our product pages are indicative export specifications: they describe the grades we customarily supply and are superseded by the specification recorded in the contract for your shipment. The contracted specification is the one against which the consignment is inspected at loading.
4. Certifications and registrations
The registrations listed on the Quality & Certifications page are those we hold. We do not display schemes we are not certified under. Certificate copies are provided with our offer and with your shipping documents; where a licence has an expiry, the copy provided is the one current at the date of shipment.
5. Quotations, prices and availability
No prices are published on this website. Quotations are issued individually, are valid only for the period stated in them, and are subject to crop availability, freight and currency movement at the time of contract.
6. Samples
Samples are supplied to demonstrate the general character of a product. Unless a sample is expressly agreed in the contract as a sealed reference sample for the shipment, it is illustrative and does not by itself set the contractual specification.
7. Enquiries you send us
Our forms do not transmit anything to this website: they compose a WhatsApp message (or an email) which you review and send yourself. You agree that the information you send us is accurate, that you are authorised to send it, and that you will not use these channels for unlawful or abusive content. We may decline to respond to messages that appear automated or fraudulent.
8. Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, product photography, artwork, the Nandana Global Exim name, the Nandana Gold brand and our logos — belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for the purpose of evaluating us as a supplier. You may not reproduce, republish or use our content or brand marks commercially without our written permission.
9. Third-party links and embeds
This site links to and embeds third-party services, including a map provider and a messaging service. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
10. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on website content alone rather than on a written contract.
11. Export compliance
You are responsible for the import requirements of your destination market, including registration, labelling, permitted treatments, duty and clearance. We provide export documentation from the Indian side as agreed in the contract; we do not act as your customs broker or advise on your local law.
12. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction. The governing law, dispute-resolution mechanism and jurisdiction applicable to a shipment are those stated in the contract for that shipment, which prevail over this clause for commercial disputes.
