Untreated milled white rice — the softer, traditional cooking texture.
Raw rice is milled without any heat or steam treatment, giving the softer texture that many South Indian and diaspora households prefer for daily cooking.
Because raw rice is more fragile than steam or parboiled rice, broken percentage and handling are agreed carefully before contract.
