Six checkpoints between the mill and your warehouse

Quality claims are cheap. These are the specific checks we run on every consignment, the record each one produces, and the registrations that stand behind the shipment.

Quality assurance

The process, step by step

Nothing here is outsourced to a promise — each step produces a record that travels with the consignment.

  1. Supplier verification

We buy from farmers, mills and processing partners we have visited and assessed, not from anonymous spot lots. Each partner is checked for hygiene, storage practice and consistency before we place volume.

    • Processing partner assessed before first order
    • Traceability back to lot and mill
    • Repeat sourcing from performing partners only
  2. Product inspection

Every lot is inspected against the agreed buying specification before it is accepted — grain size and uniformity, broken content, admixture, colour and freedom from foreign matter.

    • Lot inspected against your contract specification
    • Pre-shipment sample drawn and retained
    • Third-party inspection arranged on request
  3. Laboratory testing

Where the product or destination requires it, samples are sent for laboratory analysis. Test parameters follow the importing country’s food-safety requirements and your contract.

    • Testing scope agreed per destination
    • Reports issued in the buyer’s name where required
    • Retained samples held against the shipment
  4. Moisture control

Moisture is the single biggest cause of arrival claims on grain. It is checked at intake, before packing and again before stuffing, so the consignment survives the voyage and warehouse storage.

    • Moisture verified at intake and before packing
    • Drying or rejection where readings fall outside spec
    • Final reading recorded before stuffing
  5. Hygienic packing

Packing is done in food-grade material with lot coding, in a clean environment, with pack weight verified. Retail and private-label packs are printed to the artwork you approve.

    • Food-grade PP, BOPP and laminated material
    • Lot code and pack weight verified
    • Artwork approved by the buyer before printing
  6. Container inspection

The container is inspected before stuffing for cleanliness, odour, damage and watertightness. Stuffing is supervised, dunnage and liners are used where the cargo requires it, and the seal number is recorded on the documents.

    • Container checked for damp, odour and damage
    • Supervised stuffing with tally and photographs
    • Seal number recorded on shipping documents
Registrations & certifications

The registrations behind every shipment

Each is listed with its issuing authority and, where we publish it, its number. We list only credentials we actually hold — no badge on this page is aspirational.

  • Udyam (MSME) RegistrationUDYAM-TS-09-0036925
  • GST Registration

    Issued

Our GST identification number for the state of Telangana (state code 36).

    Number
    36AIWPP6312N3ZE
    Issued by
Government of India — Goods & Services Tax

Confirms a registered, tax-compliant Indian business entity behind the shipment and the invoice.

  • Importer Exporter Code (IEC)

    Issued

The mandatory code that authorises an Indian entity to export. Since 2017 the IEC is the entity’s PAN — which is why it also appears inside our GSTIN.

    Number
    AIWPP6312N
    Issued by
Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Government of India

Without a valid IEC no consignment can clear Indian customs. Buyers and banks check it before opening an L/C, and it appears on your shipping documents.

  • FIEO RCMC

    Issued

Registration-cum-Membership Certificate issued by FIEO, the apex export promotion body under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry.

    Number
    RCMC/FIEO/18134
    Issued by
Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO)

An RCMC evidences registered exporter status, and is what an importer or bank asks for when verifying that a supplier is a bona fide Indian exporter.

  • FSSAI Licence

    Issued

Central food business licence covering the handling and export of food products. The leading 1 denotes a Central licence and the 36 that follows is the Telangana state code, matching our GSTIN.

    Number
    13626999000661
    Issued by
Food Safety and Standards Authority of India

Importing authorities and retail buyers ask for the food-safety licence of the exporting entity before they clear or list a product. The licence copy also travels with the documentation set.

  • Udyam (MSME) Registration

    Issued

Registration of the enterprise under the Indian MSME framework.

    Number
    UDYAM-TS-09-0036925
    Issued by
Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of India

Establishes the registered standing and scale of the business.

On certification claims

Plenty of exporter websites display certification logos the company does not hold. When your importing authority asks for the certificate, that becomes your problem as well as theirs. Every credential above is one we actually hold, and the certificate copy travels with our offer and your shipping documents. If a scheme you require is not listed, ask — we will tell you plainly whether we hold it.
